To join, you MUST fill in your name, have a working e-mail address (don't worry, I alter the e-mails to protect you from spam. I would use PHP but I can't, for the life of me, understand it D:), and fill in your country. However, you do not need a site. If you DO have a site though, it must be: 1) Acceptable for visitors - no porn/hate/racist sites and 2) Have the code/link somewhere I can easily find it (index or listings page?). If I can't find a code/link, I will still add you, only your site will not be added.
